Pack
VacPro stocks a wide range of vacuum generators, cups and grippers to meet the specific packaging needs of our customers.
Some are specially designed for direct food contact; others are metal detectable, chemical resistant, temperature tolerant, or made from mark-free materials.
From carton erecting to bag opening, full bag picking and blister pack assembly, our products can pick and place almost any item.
ProductsMove
Piab’s piFLOW vacuum conveyors are dust-free, low maintenance, and can be taken apart quickly without tools for easy cleaning between product runs.
Designed to handle almost any dry or powdered materials and available in food, pharmaceutical and industrial grades, piFLOW systems are gentle enough to move pharmaceutical tablets, but can also be used for harsh abrasive chemicals.
Palletise
Kenos and Joulin area grippers can palletise products or lift whole layers from pallets, and place individual items as required, handling slip sheets in between.
End Of Arm Tools for robots/cobots and gantry systems are available depending on your requirements.
Area grippers can be equipped with vacuum cups or foam to seal boxes, cartons, wrapped products, bags and sacks.
A single gripper can handle many different items, and we specialise in customised solutions for more unusual applications.
Stack
Joulin and Kenos area grippers can stack and destack wet, dry, rough-sawn and dressed timber in whole layers or individual beams. Ply, MDF, and other sheet materials can also be handled.
Automated de-filleting and filleting systems can be integrated to work with both gantry systems or Robot End of Arm Tools.
VacPro can supply full turnkey to individual components, along with a ready supply of parts and consumable items.
Grip
Layers of glass jars, bricks, eggs, plastic parts, wrapped products, metal sheets, sacks, burger buns… VacPro can get a grip on almost anything you need to move.
We can specify and supply vacuum generation, control, vacuum cups, grippers, magnet grippers, sprue/part pliers, cutters, parallel grippers, bag grippers, foam grippers and needle grippers.
From system design and testing, right through to commissioning, VacPro solutions are energy-efficient and safe.
Pick
In the plastics industry, VacPro supplies conveyors to shift raw materials and formed parts, as well as systems for part removal.
Piab tooling can be used to pick from single, multi and family cavity moulds, from both core and cavity sides. Solutions are also available as components, compatible with square, tubular, plate-based or welded frame systems. They are designed to hold items after treatments like flaming, and can also incorporate de-gating / cutting operations.
